Innal Paleo Tours provides guided paleontological expeditions, wilderness tours, cultural heritage experiences, and related adventure travel services throughout Canada. Our services include:
- Multi-day guided tours and expeditions

- Wildlife viewing and photography tours
- Accommodation and meal arrangements

4. Booking and Payment Terms
4.1 Booking Process
- All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- A signed booking agreement is required for all tours
- Participants must meet age, fitness, and health requirements
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 25% of total tour cost due at booking
- Balance: Due 60 days before tour departure
- Last-minute bookings: Full payment required immediately
- All prices are in Canadian dollars unless specified
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified checks. Payment processing fees may apply for certain methods.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellation by Customer
- More than 90 days: Full refund minus $200 processing fee
- 60-90 days: 75% refund
- 30-59 days: 50% refund
- 15-29 days: 25% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
5.2 Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:
- Insufficient enrollment (minimum 4 participants)
- Weather or safety conditions
- Government restrictions or force majeure events
- Equipment failure or logistical issues
If we cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future tour.
5.3 Trip Interruption
No refunds are provided for voluntary early departure, missed activities, or trip interruption due to personal circumstances.
6. Travel Insurance and Health Requirements
6.1 Insurance Requirement
Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants and must include:
- Emergency medical coverage (minimum $100,000)
- Emergency evacuation coverage
- Trip cancellation and interruption coverage
- Coverage for adventure activities
6.2 Health and Fitness
- Participants must complete a health questionnaire
- Medical clearance may be required for certain conditions
- Participants must disclose relevant medical conditions
- Minimum fitness levels apply to specific tours
7. Participant Responsibilities
7.1 Preparation Requirements
- Obtain necessary travel documents and permits
- Meet physical fitness requirements
- Bring appropriate personal equipment
- Follow pre-departure preparation guidelines
7.2 Conduct During Tours
- Follow guide instructions and safety protocols
- Respect wildlife, environment, and local communities
- Maintain appropriate behavior toward fellow participants
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

- Participants are responsible for personal equipment and belongings
- Company-provided equipment must be used responsibly
- Damage to equipment may result in replacement charges

8. Liability and Risk Acknowledgment
8.1 Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge that wilderness travel and adventure activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Weather-related hazards and natural disasters
- Wildlife encounters and environmental dangers
- Physical injury from outdoor activities
- Remote location challenges and limited medical access
- Equipment failure or mechanical breakdowns
8.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innal Paleo Tours' liability is limited to the cost of the tour. We are not liable for:
- Personal injury, illness, or death
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- Acts of third parties or force majeure events
- Participant's failure to follow instructions
8.3 Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innal Paleo Tours, its employees, guides, and affiliates from any claims arising from their participation in tours.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters and extreme weather
- Government actions and travel restrictions
- Labor strikes and transportation disruptions
- Pandemic or health emergencies
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
In such cases, we will work to provide alternative arrangements or future tour credits when possible.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Company Content
All website content, tour materials, and educational resources are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10.2 Photography and Media
By participating in our tours, you consent to photography and video recording for promotional purposes. Participants retain rights to their personal photos and may request removal from marketing materials.

12. Dispute Resolution

15. Environmental Responsibility
Participants agree to follow Leave No Trace principles and respect all environmental regulations. Violations may result in tour termination without refund.
